Ultrasound
Ultrasound services at KCMC are performed by sonographers. These specially trained healthcare professionals work with radiologists, also trained in ultrasound, who interpret the images obtained during the exam. Ultrasound does not require the use of radiation, special dyes or anesthesia. |
