Nuclear Medicine
Our nuclear medicine services perform diagnostic procedures with the use of special equipment and radioactive isotopes. Nuclear medicine provides functional information about the body's organs, which help to diagnose and determine the extent of certain diseases.

Some of the procedures performed in nuclear medicine are: bone scans, thyroid scans, lung scans, cardiolite stress tests and muga scans. Nuclear Medicine procedures are performed by registered Radiologic Technologists with additional training who are certified in Nuclear Medicine.
